Support Local Vendor Terms & Conditions

Vendors accepted to participate in the Constance Bay Community Market's Support Local initiative agree to the following:

  • To pay the agreed upon annual membership fee
  • To pay the agreed upon fees for participating in the Support Local initiative 
  • To supply the agreed upon/sold quantity of products to the CBCM by the specified pick up dates/times
  • To adhere to all food packaging and labelling rules specified by the CBCM
  • To provide banking information to receive payments from the CBCM
  • To receive payment from the CBCM, less agreed upon fees, within 14 days after supplying my products to the CBCM

Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in non-payment and exclusion from the Support Local initiative.
