Food Safety Requirements

The Constance Bay Community Market (CBCM) receives direction regarding food safety from Farmers' Markets Ontario (FMO) and Ottawa Public Health (OPH). The CBCM requires its vendors who sell food products to follow stringent food safety rules as outlined on the following websites:
